Vision Lanta
Description
Three bedrooms, three en-suite bathrooms and a private pool give Vision Lanta the proper villa setup for a small group who refuse to queue for a shower. The large kitchen is equipped for actual cooking, with cutlery and the useful bits already in place.
The design is sharp and modern without turning the rooms into a white-box furniture catalogue. Comfortable bedrooms, a spacious layout and rubber-tree shade around the pool make it easy to spend an afternoon doing very little with considerable commitment.
The hilltop position brings quiet, greenery, sea views and sunset-facing terraces. Monkeys sometimes cross the terrace early in the morning, providing free wildlife television with no mute button.
A scooter belongs in the plan. Shops and restaurants sit a 10 to 15-minute downhill walk away, and the return climb is enough to make dinner feel oddly athletic. Vision Lanta suits groups and families wanting privacy, room to spread out and a base in the island’s centre.
