Sunanta Massage
Description
Sea-facing foot-massage chairs are the thing to claim at Sunanta, especially as the sun drops behind the water. Waves roll in a few metres away, saving the place from the usual spa playlist of pan flutes having a difficult afternoon.
The traditional Thai massage has proper pressure and leaves limbs pleasantly loose. Choose the warming-oil version for a slower full-body treatment; it has enough heat to feel soothing without turning the experience into a roast chicken experiment.
Sunanta also does careful pedicures, including a foot scrub and gel polish. That combination matters here: this is one of the few beach massage stops where toes get the same attention as shoulders and calves. The gel work is neat, and the scrub is thorough enough to deal with a week of sand, flip-flops and bad decisions.
The setup is open-air and simple, with the sea doing most of the decorating. Book it for a sunset foot massage, a post-beach reset, or a full Thai massage after a long scooter day. Front-row chairs facing the water turn a standard foot treatment into the reason to stop.
