Budget travellers get the best deal here. Rooms range from dorm beds to simple private bungalows, with fan and air-conditioned options, private bathrooms in some units, mosquito nets and enough shared space to meet fellow escapees without joining a forced fun programme.
The shared kitchen is properly useful, stocked for cooking. There is a water refill point on site, while scooter rental, laundry and massage sit immediately outside the property.
Choose the room type carefully before confirming, especially if air conditioning matters. The fan bungalows are basic wooden rooms, and the surrounding trees bring night insects, frogs and assorted jungle musicians; pack earplugs if silence is your religion. Sunset at Long Beach is close enough that returning for a shower before dinner barely counts as planning.
