Layana Resort And Spa
Description
Three pools, including a saltwater pool beside Long Beach, give Layana more room to switch moods than most resorts manage in an entire brochure. The beachfront pool catches the sunset properly, while the garden pools are quieter and dotted with jets.
Ocean Pavilions bring the full splurge: sea views, a jacuzzi, indoor showers and double outdoor showers. Rooms lean calm rather than flashy, with generous space, polished details and that faintly perfumed, just-arrived feeling.
The spa is worth using on-site, especially with Gof in the treatment rooms. It costs more than a roadside massage, because this is the polished version with proper quiet, not a fan whirring above a vinyl bed.
Layana keeps the adult-only atmosphere deliberately low-volume. Breakfast, sunset cocktails and seafood dinners happen with Long Beach in front of you, while Saladan’s louder evenings remain several kilometres away. The resort sits directly on Long Beach, so sunset requires no transport, footwear strategy or survival skills.
