Kulraya Villas
Description
That infinity pool is big enough to swim in, not one of those tiled bathtubs with delusions of grandeur. It faces straight across the sea from the hillside, with sunset doing its usual overachieving routine every evening.
Each villa has two bedrooms, two separate bathrooms, a proper kitchen and an open-plan lounge built around the pool view. The master bedroom leans hard into the luxury brief, while the overall layout gives a family or two couples room to spread out without living on top of each other.
Breakfast arrives poolside and is substantial enough to remove lunch from the day’s agenda. Food can be brought in, and the villa setup suits long, lazy afternoons far better than a schedule involving sightseeing every six minutes.
Kulraya sits above the coast, so a scooter or taxi is part of the deal. The beach is a walk downhill and back uphill again, which is character-building in the same way carrying a fridge is character-building. Ian and Luk run a polished, personal villa stay with privacy intact and island advice close at hand.
