Chomview Resort
Description
The children’s water park is the whole point here: shallow slides, splashy chaos and enough to keep younger kids occupied while adults claim the poolside. It is built for family days, not for a hushed boutique escape.
Rooms are spacious, with terraces or balconies, air conditioning and comfortable beds in the better units. The property climbs a hill away from the main road, so the setting is quieter than the busier beach strips. A scooter turns the beach, restaurants and shops into a short ride; on foot, the sea is roughly 20 minutes away.
The on-site cafe covers the useful basics, including iced cappuccino, Massaman curry and Pad Thai. There is also a small shop for snacks and essentials, plus massage and motorbike rental on site. The water park sits close to accommodation, so daytime splash noise reaches nearby rooms (children have never mastered stealth operations).
Book it for a practical family base with a pool and slides, especially with children around four and up. Couples chasing beachfront sunsets, polished rooms and long lazy lie-ins should stay nearer Klong Dao or Long Beach.
