Baan Reena Lanta Resort
Description
Two proper work desks, private Wi-Fi and bungalows quiet enough for a three-month spreadsheet exile make Baan Reena a serious long-stay base near Khlong Nin. The rooms have kitchenettes, decent fridges, strong air-con, Smart TVs and beds built for sleeping.
A shared kitchen sits by the entrance, stocked for proper cooking, smoothies and escaping restaurant fatigue. The small pool is for cooling off, not Olympic qualification, and the palm garden keeps the whole place tucked away from the road noise.
Khlong Nin is a short scooter ride away, and a scooter is part of the deal here. Baan Reena sits in the island’s middle stretch, which puts beaches, cafés and the south within easy reach once you’ve got wheels.
Pedro, Kat, Marcos and Jo know the island’s practical machinery: transport, boat trips, laundry and where to eat without wasting a night on bad pizza. The resident dogs take monkey patrol seriously, which is more useful than it sounds in a palm plantation.
