Baan Purada Lanta Seaview
Description
The sea-view rooms sit over Old Town’s east-coast water, with sunrise across the bay and a deck built for doing very little well. Hammocks, swings and shaded tables hang over the water, while the longtail pier and Old Town’s wooden shopfronts are a short walk away.
Inside, the rooms are modern, spacious and properly kept, with comfortable double beds, strong showers and fridges stocked with drinking water. The seafront setting is the point here; bring a fishing line if staring at islands begins to feel insufficiently ambitious.
Ying can arrange scooters, vans and island trips, so this works neatly as a base for exploring the quieter east side. Old Town’s restaurants, cafes and 7-Eleven are close, but this end of Koh Lanta is for slow mornings and early light, not beach-club noise.
Stay in a sea-view room and claim the deck before sunrise. The water comes right up beneath the building, but there is no beach or swimming access from the property.
