Aerial Lanta
Description
Hammocks, inversions and a surprisingly serious core workout fill the studio at Aerial Lanta. Maria teaches aerial yoga with clear progressions, so first-timers get airborne without being launched into the decorative ceiling fittings.
Classes suit complete beginners, returning yogis and stronger aerial students in the same room. Maria adjusts the challenge as you go, with proper guidance through wraps, balances, stretches and those upside-down moments that look graceful until your abs submit a formal resignation.
Private sessions are available for a more flexible plan, and kids have room to get familiar with the hammock too. The studio sits close to the beach and night market, making it an easy add-on to a lazy Klong Dao afternoon or a wet-weather day.
Aerial Lanta is for anyone bored of mat yoga and ready to work strength, mobility and nerve at once. Wear fitted shorts or leggings, leave jewellery behind, and accept that your shoulders will remember the class tomorrow.
