Adin Muay Thai School
Description
Elbows, knees and clean pad-work technique get proper attention here, especially in private sessions with Gai, Neo, Neu, Ek, Wee or Master Tong. Gai is the detail man for tightening form; Neo drills sharper knees and elbows; Tong builds combinations without turning the lesson into a blur of flailing limbs.
Group training starts with a serious warm-up, then rotates between coach-led technique and bag work. Beginners get manageable rounds and breaks, while trained fighters get pushed hard enough to discover several new opinions about hydration.
The gym is spacious, well set up, and stocked with fresh bags and equipment. Bare feet and normal sports clothes are enough for a first session, so there is no need to arrive dressed as a catalogue cover for combat sports.
A separate women-only training area gives female fighters a more private option. Adin is strongest for anyone who wants actual coaching; stay for several sessions and rotate trainers carefully, because each Kru brings a different rhythm to the pads.
