The infinity pool catches the evening sun over Klong Nin, while tropical rooms sit deep in thick gardens and sea-view villas face the Andaman. Rawi Warin is a full resort compound, not a small beach hotel with a polite pot plant near reception.
Breakfast is the strongest food play here: broad enough for long stays, with Thai dishes, eggs, fruit and the usual international spread. The private beach is calm for a swim, though it is short and doesn’t connect to a long beach walk. Pool time is the better plan anyway, particularly around sunset.
Families get proper space to spread out, with several pools, a gym, snooker and daytime activities on site. Couples should book a sea-view room or sunset pool villa; the tropical rooms trade the view for jungle quiet and generous bathrooms. Mr. Mee at the pool is the man to find for a settled-in afternoon.
The grounds are large, green and hilly enough that walking between room, breakfast and beach becomes part of the holiday. Klong Nin village is close, but a scooter or taxi opens up the rest of Koh Lanta.
