LiLi's Rooms
Description
A proper little apartment, sofa, large TV, kitchen corner, fridge, microwave, cutlery, safe and a serious drinking-water tank. The decor leans European and polished, with good linens and enough space to unpack without living out of a backpack.
The beach sits downhill within a short walk, with Why Not Bar, shops and restaurants nearby. Across the road, Cantiang View Resort’s pool and sea-facing bar add a useful place to cool off with a cocktail, assuming you don’t mind crossing the main road.
LiLi’s Rooms suits independent stays of a few nights, especially couples or solo travellers who want proper facilities around Kantiang Bay. The room fronts the island’s north-south road, so motorbikes provide the soundtrack from morning onwards; light sleepers should look elsewhere. Monkeys also patrol the roof each morning, and anything left outside becomes an unsolicited donation to their collection.
The bathrooms are basic beside the slicker living space, and housekeeping is not included. Pack light, keep the balcony clear, and use the room as a comfortable base for Kantiang.
