The building sits beside a busy main road, so front-facing rooms get traffic noise. There is no lift, and shoes come off at reception – Thailand’s quiet campaign against dragging half the island indoors.
Supermarkets and restaurants are close enough to make this an easy long-stay pick, especially for travellers who care more about a clean room and a proper bed than a resort pool they will photograph once.
