Description
Long Beach is a five-minute walk away, while Tamarind Twin sits back from the main road where scooters stop shouting at you. The rooms are modern, bright and properly cool inside, with strong air-con, smart TVs and balconies on the larger room types.
The shared pool next door is the resort’s best extra. It is a short walk across the neighbouring property, with loungers and enough space to spend an afternoon doing very little with considerable commitment. Shade around the pool goes quickly.
Breakfast comes from the restaurant beside the resort, with a few set choices and fruit available for vegan stays. The main road is close for bakeries, restaurants and supplies, while the beach path keeps the hotel useful for both swimming and dinner plans.
Tamarind Twin earns its value from quiet sleep, comfortable beds and a location that avoids the roadside racket without marooning you in the shrubbery. Book a balcony room; those extra metres matter after a humid beach day.
