Description
The shared pool and jungle garden are the point here: a quiet pocket behind the main road, with bungalows far enough from traffic to sleep properly. Morning and evening swims fit the place better than a frantic resort schedule (Koh Lanta has survived without one so far).
Rooms are spacious, bright and properly equipped for a longer stay. Several have small kitchens, cooking gear is available on request, and the larger bungalows share their own private pool. Air-conditioning, solid mattresses and good showers handle the unglamorous bits that decide whether a week becomes three.
Anyaman sits close to shops, restaurants and the island road, while the beach is within a short walk. Scooter hire, laundry, island trips and onward transport can all be arranged on site, so it suits travellers who want a base.
Breakfast is available, and the garden setting gives the whole place a calmer feel than its central location suggests. Choose a garden-view bungalow for the leafy setting; mosquitoes are part of the arrangement, so pack repellent.
