Mr Suren builds clothes around the body in front of him, not a mannequin that has clearly never eaten a second breakfast.
Fabric choice is broad, from linen for tropical weddings to shirt cloth, silk dresses and heavier blazer material. Classic shirts, trousers, skirts, coats and sports jackets all sit comfortably in the workshop’s lane, with fittings used to dial in sleeve length, waist and cut.
Hotel fittings and delivery take some of the faff out of having tailoring done on holiday. Bring a reference photo for a specific shape, especially for oversized jackets or a dress with particular construction details; Suren is good at turning a clear idea into something wearable.
Allow several days and leave room for a fitting rather than trying to squeeze a suit between breakfast and the ferry. The shop is the original Tiger location, so check the name carefully before handing over measurements.
