Pas runs the place with the confidence of someone who knows he has the best evening view on Klong Dao. Low tables face the sea, chilled music fills the gap after golden hour, and live music sometimes appears before the night settles in.
After dark, Pas takes to the sand for a proper solo fire show. It is not a token five-minute twirl beside a speaker; the performance has enough pace and skill to hold a beachful of distracted adults and children.
