Sand is practically under the chairs, with padded sunbeds stretched along the beachfront and the Andaman straight ahead. Settle in through the afternoon and stay for sunset; Moonwalk has one of the more useful views on this strip, requiring no hike, boat, or dramatic footwear.
Chicken satay makes a reliable smaller plate with drinks. Cocktails are the focus during happy hour, and cold drinks plus a beach-facing sunbed make this a proper lingerer, not a quick roadside lunch.
Breakfast is a limited affair and leaves Thai morning staples off the board. Save Moonwalk for curry, seafood, satay and sunset.
