Beach Shack
Description

The pad Thai has chicken, tofu, fresh bean sprouts and soybean paste, giving it a proper home-cooked savoury edge. Fried rice covers the other dependable hunger emergency. Vegetarian pad Thai is available, and the fresh coconuts do exactly what a coconut beside the sea ought to do.
Coffee is better than it has any right to be from a shack this modest. Beer, fruit shakes and passion fruit drinks fit the setting, though the sweet blended shakes lean hard on sugar and ice. The sunset-facing seats are the prize; claim one before the horizon starts showing off.
