Description
Klong Nin Beach is the front yard here: sand, sunset, a small pool facing the sea, and beanbags under the trees. That shoreline access is the whole point, especially after a scooter lap around the island.
Dorms sit in separate hut-style buildings, with shared rooms, lockers, bedside lights and power sockets. The common area stays social without turning into a party-hostel endurance test, so it suits travellers who want dinner plans and day-trip mates without a soundtrack at 2am.
A pizza shop, bar and restaurant sit alongside the hostel, while local food, scooter hire and a 7-Eleven are a short walk away. The location is south on the island, so a bike turns it into an excellent base for Klong Nin, Kantiang Bay and the quieter beaches below.
Facilities are basic hostel territory: shared bathrooms, dorm privacy varies by bed, and room storage is limited beyond the lockers. Pick a bed away from exterior windows if light at night bothers you; the sea view has not yet mastered blackout curtains.
