Description
Scooters, laundry, island trips and onward transfers all run through Miss Long’s little shop opposite Twin Lotus Resort. It is the useful stop on the island where one errand becomes four, and somehow that feels sensible.
The scooter fleet includes 110cc and 125cc bikes, with phone holders on some of the larger models. First-time riders get practical guidance and a chance to get comfortable before committing, which is far more useful than bravado on Lanta’s roads.
Miss Long also arranges Koh Rok and Koh Haa day trips, ferries, private shuttles and longtail transfers, including Phuket and Railay routes. Hotel pickups are part of the arrangement, so there is no need to play luggage Tetris in a songthaew.
Laundry comes back clean, folded and smelling far better than anything that has spent three days in a beach bag. Goodtime Travel suits anyone staying around Klong Dao or Saladan who wants a scooter and a local point of contact for the rest of the trip.
