Ahn has been tattooing on Lanta for years, while Gap is the name for sharply placed fine-line and script work. Bring a rough concept, a meaningful phrase or a half-formed sketch; the team will shape it on the iPad, talk through placement, and get the proportions right before the needle starts.
The studio sits on Pra Ae Road near Long Beach, air-conditioned and set up for long sessions with music and cold drinks from the fridge. Hygiene is taken seriously, which is not glamorous but is rather the point when someone is about to turn your ankle into a small art gallery.
Bamboo tattoos are available alongside machine work, including detailed Sak Yant designs and smaller commemorative pieces. This is the Lanta studio for first tattoos, careful lettering and custom work that needs more thought than a drunken elephant silhouette.
