The shop is small, shaded and built for coffee nerds, slow mornings and anyone tired of beans roasted into charcoal. Sunn knows his coffee in forensic detail, without turning the counter into a lecture theatre (a rare restraint in a subject capable of producing one).
Buy a bag of beans before leaving if you have a grinder at your accommodation. Good specialty beans are harder to find around the island than a helmet that fits on the first attempt.
