Description
Dark-roast flat whites, house-baked focaccia and a refill shelf full of nuts, seeds and oils give Full-Fill more purpose than the average roadside coffee stop. The coffee comes in medium or dark roast; take the dark, which has enough bite to survive oat milk.
Breakfast is the strong suit. The Super Duper smoothie bowl is thick, filling and loaded with oats and nuts, while the omelette with BBQ pulled mushrooms and crisp focaccia handles a savoury morning properly. The pulled mushroom sandwich, roasted veg and pesto focaccia, vegan cream-cheese bagel with roasted tomatoes, and chocolate brownie are all repeat-order territory.
Everything leans vegetarian and vegan, with gluten-free smoothie bowls available without granola or oats. The cinnamon roselle iced tea and butterfly pea tea are better ideas than another bottle of something fluorescent from a fridge.
Inside, it is part cafĂ©, part refill store, part small clothing shop, with floor cushions, a calm playlist and enough space to linger over a laptop. Food and drinks can take time when the room fills up, so don’t arrive ravenous with a ferry deadline looming. The focaccia is among the best bread on Koh Lanta, which is an unexpectedly serious claim for a cafĂ© selling refillable sunflower seeds.
